Before you order, please ask all of your product questions first to ensure that it will fit your needs. Returns are costly for both you the customer and us. IVPOLESONLINE will accept returns within 15 days of the date of delivery if all of the following criteria are met:

  • The item must be returned in "same as new" condition. In other words we must be able to sell the item as new. If the item has been used, scratched, damaged, dirty or otherwise un-saleable we can't accept a return on the item.
  • All returns must be labeled with a return authorization number that is obtained by e-mailing: order@ivpolesonline.com
  • All returns not related to a manufacturing defect are subject to a restocking fee of 35%.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred both ways.
  • Items that are custom made or modified to your specifications are not returnable. 

IVPOLESONLINE responsibility for delivery ceases when the transportation company accepts the shipment. If a shipment is lost or damaged, liability shall rest solely with the carrier, and it is the customer's responsibility to make a claim directly to the carrier.


Merchandise must be unpacked and inspected within 10 days of receipt, and any damage should be reported to the carrier within that period. Claims for shortages, breakages, manufacturing defects or any other reason must be made to IVPOLESONLINE within 48 hours of receipt.


Shipping containers must be kept if shipment is damaged or short.


Cancellation Charges: Orders may be cancelled free of charge providing the cancellation request is received prior to shipment.

  • If the merchandise has already been shipped there will be a restocking fee of 35% plus shipping charges incurred in both directions.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
